Service Description

This is a consultation service designed to advise and guide clients on selecting the right treatment. If you're unsure about which service to book, the consultation will help clarify your options. The consultation lasts 15 minutes. IMPORTANT NOTE : Please ensure you read the "House Rules" thoroughly before booking. A non-refundable advance payment of $15 is required at the time of booking, which will not be refunded in case of appointment cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, same-hour cancellations, or last-minute cancellations (with or without notification) will require the client to pay the full amount for the session booked. If nails have not been manicured or pedicured in the last 6 months, a minimum of 2 sessions will be required for thorough cleaning. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, an additional charge of $15 will apply. We are located in central Auckland and charge for our products, services, and quality. Customers are fully responsible for their affordability. Please review the prices for each service and the terms and conditions before booking. We do not tolerate disrespectful or arrogant behavior from customers, either online or in person, under any circumstances.
