Service Description

This service is for clients experiencing their first LVL Lash Lift & Tint at Nailz27. This service includes lifting & tinting natural lashes to create a longer, fuller appearance while enhancing their overall look. Treatment time may vary based on lash length and volume. A lash & brow conditioning serum, to be used by the client after 48 hours, is included in this treatment. For those with small, uneven, weak or brittle lashes, the "Triple Enhance Lash Serum" available in-store can help boost the length, volume & strength of natural lashes. Visit Nailz27 & ask an in-store lash technician for it. To book this treatment & achieve long-lasting results (6-8 weeks), clients must follow a few mandatory guidelines 24 hours before their appointment, as outlined below. Please read & adhere to them carefully. Failure to comply may result in suboptimal lash lifting & the full service fee will still apply. For the best results with the LVL Lash Lift & Tint treatment, please follow these guidelines. 24 hours before your LVL appointment: Avoid applying sunscreen, foundation, eyeshadow, under-eye cream, eyeliner, anti-wrinkle cream, or any oily products on the eyes, eyelids, surrounding areas, or face for 24 hours before & on the day of your appointment. Avoid wearing waterproof mascara & ensure your lashes are thoroughly cleansed with soap, leaving them completely free of mascara or product residue. If you have had a spray tan, make sure the guide color (bronzer) is fully washed off. On the Day of Your Appointment: Do not wear mascara. Avoid spray tans. Refrain from applying any oily products on your lashes or around the eyes, as mentioned earlier. Contact lenses must be removed before the treatment, so we recommend wearing glasses instead. Please do not book the appointment if you are unable to follow any of the above guidelines. IMPORTANT NOTE : Please ensure you read the "House Rules" thoroughly before booking. A non-refundable advance payment of $15 is required at the time of booking, which will not be refunded in case of appointment cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, same-hour cancellations, or last-minute cancellations (with or without notification) will require the client to pay the full amount for the session booked. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, an additional charge of $15 will apply. We are located in central Auckland & charge for our products, services & quality.
