​Appointments are unrushed, personalised, and performed using professional techniques prioritising nail health, longevity and refined results.

​By booking, clients agree to participate respectfully in maintaining this elevated environment.

APPOINTMENT RESVERVATION

All bookings require a reservation fee to secure dedicated studio time.

​Your appoinment is prepared specifically for you, including scheduling, product preparation and service planning. Reserved time cannot be offered to another client once confirmed.

TIME RESPECT & PUNCTUALITY

Elite service relies on precise scheduling.

​Clients are expected to arrive on time to preserve the experience for all guests.

​Late arrivals may result in : 

• service adjustment,

• late fee application, or 

• rescheduling where full service quality cannot be maintained.

CANCELLATION CONSIDERATION

As a private studio, last-minute cancellations significantly impact availability.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for appointment changes.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in full service fee being charged in accordance with reserved time policies.

HEALTH & HYGIENE STANDARDS

Nailz27 upholds strict hygiene protocols aligned with professional New Zealand beauty standards.

Services cannot proceed where contagious conditions or infections are present.

Where necessary, appointments may be respectfully declined or discontinued to protect client wellbeing.

RESULTS & AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Exceptional results are achieved through partnership between technician expertise and client aftercare.

Clients agree to :

• follow aftercare guidance provided

• maintain recommended service intervals & application of aftercare products per recommendation 

• avoid self-removal of professional products & use only recommended products 

Longevity may vary depending on lifestyle, nail condition, and maintenance habits.​

RESPECTFUL STUDIO ENVIRONMENT

​Nailz27 is a calm, private environment created for relaxation and professional care.

Respectful communication and behaviour are required at all times. 

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where conduct compromises the studio atmosphere or safety.

SERVICE STANDARDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS

All services are delivered with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

If a genuine workmanship concern arises, clients are encouraged to contact Nailz27 within 48 hours so an appropriate solution can be arranged.
